Dollar Store Pots ~

I recently picked these up at the Dollar Store for...yes, you guessed it, a dollar each!

I grabbed some vinyl numbers I picked up at the office supply store for-eva ago.

Stuck them to the front of each pot -

Added some greens I had around the house -

And for a few bucks and a few minutes of time...

I was also thinking I might paint them and age them up a little bit...what do you think?

Those are really cute pots. Love the picket fence look. Did you get them at Dollar Tree?

I like them white, but if you want color, what about red? It would pull the red from the spine of the books and pop against your wall too.

I think they look great! I surely don't see things like that at our dollar store!!! I will keep looking!

Very cute! Distressing them will probably make them look great too, but they are also nice as is. If you distress we have to see them again ;-)

You are so creative that whatever you do will be fabulous:)Aren't the dollar stores great? With a bit of imagination you can create a little piece of art for $1.00!

I am loving these! I got the exact same ones about a month ago because I found a cute idea to do with them. Alas, mine are still white and haven't been touched, but I do plan on making the project soon! I love your take on them...and I'm voting for a little aged effect. They're terrific as always, Chelsea! Great job!!

you are always coming up with great ideas!

I kind of like them as is, Chelsea. BUT, if you did add to them, maybe a glaze over the white? Seeing them on your shelf, they look bigger than I originally thought. They are pretty cute, too, for the dollar store.

I love these and (for once) I wouldn't do a think with them. I like the crisp white color of them -- especially in the grouping on the ladder as shown. They are wonderful with that touch of green!

It's funny because "we" are so used to improving everything we find, I feel weird when I don't alter something. These are perfect with just the numbers added.

I like them exactly as they are, and good eye.

I love the look just like this. Of course a glaze or wash technique to age them up would be great, too! Nice job!

So hard to believe that this is from the dollar store. I would love for you to link this to my party today -- Boardwalk Bragfest! Lots of inspiration in this post!

I love this idea! I have one (only one, dang) of these pots sitting in my craft closet now! I think the idea of putting a number sticker on them, rather than painting, is genius! I love quick, easy, affordable, adorable projects like these! Thanks for the inspiration!
