I don't know about you, but I am getting excited for the upcoming weekend - I just love the 4th of July! Great food, great company and a great day to celebrate...or weekend, right? Here area few photos just to get you in the mood.

I've always wanted to decorate EVERYTHING for the 4th but we're never home and it seemed silly. But this year, inspired by all of the great ideas in blogland, I have at least decked out the mantle in our family room and I realized that even though we'll be gone, it's been worth it to look at it every night.
Fun! I'm making those martha pinwheels. I've also really loved the idea of sparkler tags this year.

I just put out my 4th of July decor yesterday! I don't normally put it out because we aren't usually home for the 4th but I decided to go ahead this year and do it anyway!

Yes , I love the red, white & blue theam too...want to make those my laundry room colors eventually.
This year its just the family over in Philly for fireworks..nice & easy.
I LOVE decorating with RW&B!!! In some ways the 4th is my favorite holiday. I start decorating the week before Labor Day and my red white & blue stay up until labor day, with a little extra around the 4th. Someday in the right house I will probably have a red, white & blue room. Great inspiration photos!
