My Mom and I were out with my kiddos yesterday and we popped into Restoration Hardware. You truly can get lost in that space, all of the subtle grays and creams bring you to such a relaxed and soothing state...ah, if only I could re-do my entire home, well and buy a new one with 50 foot ceilings to really bring in the calm!
Here are a few lovelies I would like to bring into my new home:
I love this crazy over sized clock (5 feet), and for a mere $1495 who wouldn't?
These linen pin boards are fabulous. I can see them now in my studio!
I am thinking with a little reclaimed wood, these would be a great project.
My Mom is ready to spend a small fortune on a few of these.
And will have a couple regal lions welcoming you in.
Yes, please.
Hello handsome.
Pinch me now.
Mirror, mirror on the wall, you are the most fabulous of them all!
I am thinking I need to shop some molding and pull out the miter saw.
Here is to winning the lottery!
I lust after that clock! I wish I could figure out a way to make a good knock off.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great mirror, too.
Oh I will take all of those too. Wow. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI lived within walking distance of a Restoration Hardware once. I bought a lot of things from there. Sadly they closed their doors and relocated. I think I cried that day! I love everything there, except the prices!
ReplyDeleteOh My love that store.. I try not to go too often, But thank you for the rminder of their beauty..

I swear the more I look at your blog...we must be related!! Absolutely LOVE RH!!! I just re-did my living room. I gave the decorator my RH catalog and said I want it to feel like this...so now it does. Yes, I spent a lot of money on furniture, but nothing compared to what it would've cost from RH. It's the LOOK we go for right? AND I did break down and buy the RH vintage boroque bedding! It was on clearance, and i had a coupon...so i got it! Now, the decorater wants me to paint my bedroom walls dark gray! A little out of my comfort zone, but it's just a bedroom AND we just painted the rest of the walls in the house white to give it the RH look. I love your blog and your style!!
ReplyDeleteOh, and the linen memo boards. I made one using an old picture frame I had. I used foam core, covered it in cheap...very cheap...unfinished cotton fabric. ($1.00 a yard, it took like a 1/2yard) and its in my bedroom w/notes and cards i've kept from my husband and our wedding invitation. I should post this on my blog, but i've been too busy creating/decorating to post!
